These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website pathgrowth.club and all services provided by pathgrowth (Business ID: 201923456K), including online personal growth courses, mentorship, and practical training.

2. Agreement Formation

An agreement becomes effective as soon as the client confirms an offer from pathgrowth in writing or books a service online.

3. Prices & Payment Terms

All prices are in SGD and include VAT. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. For late payments, reminder fees and a 3% p.a. late charge may apply.

4. Services & Disclaimer

Our courses and mentorship are provided to the best of our ability. We do not guarantee specific personal outcomes. Suggestions are intended as guidance only.

5. Refund Policy

As our services are tailored, there is no right to withdraw after agreement confirmation.

• Cancellations up to 48 hours before a session are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 40% processing fee applies.
• Services already delivered are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 10 business days.
